What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We try our best to deliver your order within the stated timelines, but some situations are beyond our control and your order might get delayed. We will keep you updated of any delays. For more information, see Terms of delivery.
Which cities do we cover?
We currently serve Bengaluru only.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders higher than Rs 600. Rs 50 will be charged as delivery fee for orders belore Rs 600.
What if a product is not available at our store?
Do reach out to our customer care and we will try our best to send the product to you as soon as we can.
What happens if you receive a defective product?

No, we do not sell pets. We sell only pet supplies.
What payment modes we accept?
Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Debit Cards, UPI and NetBanking.
